Mo-Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Wash and brush potatoes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Mix the seasonings into the flour.
    Mix the egg with the milk.
    Dip potato wedges into milk.
    *Dust with seasoned flour. Place on a pastry sheet.
    Drizzle with oil.
    Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes until browned and tender.
