Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mashed, cooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat egg slightly with fork.
Stir in milk, pumpkin and butter.
Measure flour; blend in dry ingredients.
Fold in raisins.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
May sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon sugar over each muffin.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
