Layered Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded lettuce or fresh greens of choice
    1/2 c. low-calorie buttermilk dressing
    2 strips bacon, broiled and crumbled
    2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 oz. cubed farmer cheese or other low-fat cheese
    8 oz. turkey or chicken, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    In a salad bowl, layer the ingredients as follows: lettuce, 1/4 cup dressing, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, turkey or chicken and remaining 1/4 cup of dressing.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
