Dinner Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
prepared mustard
flour
salt
pepper
1 to 2 cans chicken and rice soup
1 c. rice
Preparation

Wash and drain pork chops.
Dip each chop in prepared mustard. Roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Fry to a golden brown.
Drain off fat.
Using the cans of soup, spoon the rice on top of pork chops and pour the soup around chops.
Cover and simmer until tender.
If more rice is desired, cook the cup of rice and spoon on the chops.
(Use an electric skillet.)
