Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Roll dough out (must add a lot of flour to make dry enough).
Cut cookies with cutters.
Decorate.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 6 to 7 minutes, or until brown.
(Also can be used with cookie press.)
Yields approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
