Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Place mixture in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle additional cracker crumbs on top of casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
