Hot Sauce(Canned) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes, blended
    4 large onions, chopped
    4 large carrots, shredded
    1 to 2 green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix all in large crock.
    Bring to a boil slowly.
    Then simmer until as thick as you'd like.
    Set into clean jars (hot).
    Seal in hot bath for 15 minutes, or until pressure cooked 10 minutes at 5 pounds.
