Helen'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large, chopped onions
    2 sticks oleo
    1 can mushrooms (4 oz. size)
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. rice (Minute)
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo until brown.
    Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
    Add rice and saute another 5 minutes.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; bring to a boil.
    Pour over rice mixture. Cover and shut off heat.
