Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (1/2 lb. mild and 1/2 lb. hot)
    1 bell pepper
    1 stick celery
    2 envelopes dehydrated chicken noodle soup
    1 onion
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Toss and brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Saute pepper, onion and celery in sausage pan.
    Drain.
    Boil water and add rice and dry soup mix.
    Cook until tender.
    Mix with first 4 ingredients.
    Bake in casserole dish for 15 minutes.
