Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cereal crumbs
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can pineapple bits (13 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix meat, eggs, crumbs, onion, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce together.
    Season to taste.
    Shape into meatballs and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drop into sauce and heat thoroughly.
    Mix cornstarch and sugar.
    Stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
    Pour into skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and boiling.
    Stir 1 minute.
    Add meatballs and pineapple bits; heat thoroughly.
