Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a saucepan melt butter, oil, cocoa and water and bring to a boil.
Mix with flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Then add buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured sheet pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
