Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Pare potatoes and cut into squares.
Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
Soak potatoes in water.
Then shake well in bag, coating well.
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Place potatoes in dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn once during baking.
