Quick Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add brown sugar.
Cook until blended and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly.
Add cream.
Beat until smooth.
Add confectioners sugar gradually until right consistency to spread.
