Old-Time Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Break eggs into mixing bowl.
    Add margarine, molasses, sugar, nutmeg and baking soda.
    Cream thoroughly.
    Work in flour. Transfer dough to a well floured board and knead until it is pliable.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown.
    Yields 3 dozen tea cakes.
