Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. or 2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns and combine in a large bowl with melted butter, salt and pepper.
    Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with corn flakes. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
