Buttermilk Custard Pie(My Mother'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    7 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, butter and sugar.
    Add flour and buttermilk. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add extract. Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and brown.
