Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 c. onions
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. celery
    2 c. carrots
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Serve with cornbread.
