Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/4 c. grated carrot
Preparation
    Mix together and set aside while preparing dressing.
