Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    1 head lettuce
    2 bunches green onion
    3 tomatoes, diced
    8 oz. shredded Longhorn cheese
    1 small bottle Catalina dressing
    1 bag crushed Fritos
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add taco seasoning and water.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    In separate bowl, chop the lettuce, onion and tomatoes.
    Add ground beef.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Before serving, add cheese, dressing and crushed Fritos.
