Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. chocolate, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup milk.
Combine chocolate, butter, remaining milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in a double boiler.
Heat to the boiling point.
Add cornstarch mixture and cook 8 minutes. Let cool and pour into a baked pie shell.
To serve, top with whipped cream.
