Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
1 1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of ginger
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix meats together thoroughly.
Soak bread in cream about 5 minutes.
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Mix meats, crumb mixture, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, ginger and nutmeg until well combined.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Brown meat balls in 2 tablespoons butter.
Remove from skillet.
