Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed sharp process American cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 small onion, cut in pieces
3 medium potatoes, pared and cubed (about 3 c.)
Preparation

Place milk, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, butter or margarine, onion and cubed potatoes in blender container.
Blend on high speed, just until potatoes are grated.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
