Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced, cooked, skinless chicken (white meat)
    1 c. diced apple
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. lo-cal mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine chicken and apple.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss together.
    Mix celery with mayonnaise and add to chicken and apple mixture.
    Toss lightly.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce or eat as is. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
