Banana-Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk (about)
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine oat bran, brown sugar, walnuts and baking powder in bowl; mix well.
    Combine milk, bananas, egg whites and oil in small bowl; mix well.
    Stir into oat bran mixture just until moistened.
    Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 17 minutes or until brown.
    Yield: 12 servings.
