Oats 'N Pumpkin Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, softened
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Quaker oats (Quick or old-fashioned), uncooked
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat 1 cup sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Mix in egg whites.
    Stir in combined flour, oats and baking soda.
    On wax paper, press into 16 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Spread combined pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar and spice over dough to 1/2 inch from edge. From narrow end, roll up dough.
    Sprinkle sesame seed around roll, pressing gently.
    Wrap in wax paper; freeze overnight or until firm.
