Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into a pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and not runny.
