Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Bring shortening, water, margarine and cocoa to boil.
    Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
    Add buttermilk (sour cream can be substituted), eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 12 x 17-inch sheet pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
