Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sticks butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, butter or margarine and eggs; mix well. Sift flour and then measure out three cups; add soda and salt and sift again.
    Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time letting your batter blend well between each addition.
    Add in bananas and nuts and mix well.
    Pour into well greased tube or Bundt pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
