Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
    3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixtures California style frozen vegetables
    1/2 lb. hot cooked pasta
    grated Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    In a large skillet combine chicken and 1/3 cup Italian dressing.
    Saute until chicken starts to brown.
    Add vegetables and remaining dressing.
    Cover.
    Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
    Serve over pasta or mix pasta with vegetables.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 5 servings.
