Sausage Swirls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. granulated sugar or substitute
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. or less vegetable oil
2/3 c. milk
2 lb. hot bulk sausage
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Blend in vegetable oil.
Add enough milk to make a stiff dough.
Thinly roll out dough (1/4-inch thick) on a lightly floured board into two 10 x 18-inch rectangles.
Spread on sausage; roll up lengthwise.
Chill well and slice 1/4-inch thick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
