Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can consomme soup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces; place in bowl.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Brown flour with butter; gradually add beef consomme soup.
    Add mustard, sour cream and catsup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set sauce to one side.
