Ingredients

1/2 c. white flour
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg white, beaten to soft peaks
2 tsp. olive oil or salad oil
Preparation

Preheat frypan or griddle.
In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk and skim milk; stir just until combined.
Fold in egg white gently; add olive or salad oil.
Cook on hot griddle which has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
These pancakes contain no cholesterol.
