Spiced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    2 c. cold water
    3 tea bags
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    8 to 10 c. water
Preparation
    Bring to boiling first 3 ingredients and pour over tea bags. Steam 5 minutes and strain.
    Add the remaining ingredients and serve either hot or cold.
