Oven-Baked Apple-Pecan Pancake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 large tart cooking apples
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix pancake mix, eggs, water and 1 teaspoon sugar; mix well.
In ovenproof skillet, saute apples in butter until tender.
Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with nuts. Pour batter evenly over apples.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
Cover skillet with lid or foil and bake 12 to 14 minutes or until pancake is puffed and sugar is melted.
