Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. orange or orange peel

Preparation

Put in large mixing bowl and mix as little as possible. The batter will be a
little chunky.
Bake in tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
