Bacon And Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bacon slices
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    dash of salt and pepper
    English muffins
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons. Saute onions in bacon fat.
    Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch dish for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with crumbled bacon and serve over muffin halves.
