Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and sifted dry ingredients.
    Add carrots. Stir nuts in last.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
