Picklelets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat the egg and sugar until thick and add with the milk to the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
Lastly, add the melted butter.
Mix until smooth and cook in spoonfuls on a hot grease griddle or frying pan.
Serve with butter, jam or sliced strawberries.
