Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix pulp, eggs and sugar together.
Add milk, then flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add butter.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
