Nothing Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and brown sugar in mixer bowl until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into 3-quart glass cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate or butterscotch sauce.
