Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. bread cubes or croutons
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    paprika for garnish
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Remove from skillet and place in a bowl.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and while stirring, gradually add beef bouillon.
    Fry bread cubes or croutons in margarine in the skillet.
    Combine with onion mixture.
