Harvest Bowl Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. grapes, cut in half
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, salt and lemon juice; cook until thick in double boiler, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Whip the cream and fold into cooled egg mixture.
Combine fruits, pecans and celery; fold into dressing.
Serves 10.
