Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef or top round
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. tamari (soy sauce)
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar
    1 oz. Blue cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen peas
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Dredge meat with flour.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in a little oil until onion is clear.
    Add beef and brown.
    Add tamari and spices.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
