Cumber Kimshi(Variation Of Traditional Korean Cabbage Kimshi) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cucumbers
cayenne pepper
toasted sesame seed
5 to 6 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
-
Slice cucumbers very thinly and wilt with salt.
Squeeze out water.
Add spices.
This keeps in the refrigerator for weeks.
It gets hotter the longer it sets.
