Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 chopped onions
    1 bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    dash of pepper
    dash of celery salt
    1 (No. 300) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients in skillet for 3 minutes except beans; add beans.
    Put in crock-pot and cook until ready or simmer for 25 to 30 minutes atop stove.
