Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Squeeze excess liquid from spinach.
    Place all ingredients in blender-blend till combined.
    Butter a souffle dish or 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 to 2 parmesan cheese - pour mixture in and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden.
