Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Preparation

Combine all and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Turn out onto floured wooden surface.
Knead like bread until no longer sticky.
Add food coloring.
