Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 qt. water
    1 (15 oz.) can whole stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 bay leaves
    6 servings hot cooked spaghetti
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    oyster crackers
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can kidney beans, heated
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onions and water in saucepan. Simmer until beef turns brown. Add tomatoes, vinegar and seasonings. Cover, simmer 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Fat will float. If time, chill chili and lift off fat layer; if not, spoon off fat.
