Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. herb flavored stuffing mix plus rice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. sliced, cooked carrots
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare herb stuffing as directed on package.
    Set aside. Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add onion and saute until glassy.
    Add soup and cheese, stirring until heated through and cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Add the cooked carrots. Turn into greased casserole (2-quart). Cover with stuffing mix.
    Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
