Hot Chicken, Shrimp Or Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken, boned and cut up or 1 pound raw shrimp, cooked and peeled, or 1 pound crabmeat
    2 cups thinly sliced celery
    1/2 cup cashews (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 small onion, grated
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup grated cheese
    1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips; put in casserole.
    Combine cheese and potato chips and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
